About Brandi & Kevin Rademacher
Welcome, to the Ponderosa Partners! We are so excited you have chosen us to stay with, and we cannot wait for you to explore your cabin and our 16+ beautiful acres of rolling oaks, hayfields, pond, trails, and river views. We hope you will fall in love with the magic and serenity of this place as we did.
Your hosts are Kevin and Brandi (dad and mom) and Cole and Cheyanne (our kids). Kevin and Brandi have been blissfully married for 25 years. Kevin is a professional firefighter and met Brandi as an Air Force Firefighter during Desert Shield/Desert Storm. Brandi is a Real Estate Broker with 20+ years of top-rated customer service in real estate. Cole, our oldest, graduated from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach and is a commissioned U.S. Air Force Officer. Cheyanne, our baby, is currently serving in the U.S. Army as a Nurse.
We are world travelers and love staying in unique locations, including Airbnb and VRBOs. If there is anything we can do to make your stay more memorable, please let us know!

The Ponderosa is all about time with family and friends. The property is loaded with things to do to reconnect with loved ones, and with nature. The Cabins provide a beautiful and comfy respite, stocked with everything needed for a great stay. Each of the 4 cabins have their own decks and hot tubs to relax after a long day of exploring. The 16+ acres are available for you to hike, and include mature oak, maple, and other trees, and hay fields. Enjoy a campfire down by the seasonal creek that feeds a stocked catch and release bass pond with a water fountain. Bring your fishing pole!
