The Cabins:

Big Ponderosa Cabin’s 3500+ sq. ft. is built around a massive 3-story basement-to-roof rock fireplace with three cozy electric fireplaces. It offers a comfortable and enjoyable stay for up to 10 guests in 4 comfy bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Its modern layout, exceptional spaces, and entertaining amenities will provide the relaxation and convenience you seek while visiting Knoxville and the Great Smoky Mountains. This cabin is the nicest in Knoxville.

You’ll discover the rejuvenating sauna and the yoga sunroom, creating a zen oasis that will melt all the stress away! Guests who like a more active form of entertainment will enjoy the game room with the wet bar, the perfect oasis to watch the big game, or a few rounds at the foosball table or arcade with 60 classic games like Donkey Kong, Pac-Man, Galaga, Mappy, and all your favorites!

The stunning interior extends to the intimate porch, overlooking the awesome catch-and-release Bass pond, yard with luxury hot tub, magical fire pit, huge dining pavilion, and an array of vibrant colors between which you can catch a glimpse of Tennessee wildlife.

Little Ponderosa Cabin is our 2 BR, 2 BA, 1200 sq. ft. charmer that sleeps 5, with its upstairs bedroom loft overlooking the living room. It has our family’s favorite porch overlooking the barn and hayfield… the perfect morning coffee spot.

Step outside to enjoy the huge deck, rocking chairs, and swing to relax after a busy day exploring, or soak in the private hot tub outside on the patio in the woods.

Bring your furry friends along for an exciting vacation. They’ll enjoy the spacious property, trails, and 5-acre off-leash hayfield while you relax in the luxury hot tub. Please get in touch with us before you book so we can approve your pets.

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Our guests’ health, safety, and well-being are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. This even encompasses changing and washing all comforters, pillows, throw blankets, etc.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the cabins, on decks, or in hot tubs! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
Please treat our cabins as your own to keep their pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Gatherings with additional visitors on the property must be approved.

Welcome, to the Ponderosa, Partners! We are so excited you have chosen us to stay with, and we cannot wait for you to explore your cabin and our 16+ beautiful acres of rolling oaks, hayfields, Bass fishing pond, trails, and river views. We hope you will fall in love with the magic and serenity of this place like we did.
Your hosts are Kevin and Brandi (dad and mom) and Cole and Cheyanne (our kids). Kevin is a professional firefighter and was an Air Force Firefighter during Desert Shield/Desert Storm. Brandi is a Real Estate Broker. Cole, our oldest, is a commissioned Air Force Officer. Cheyanne, our baby, is currently serving in the U.S. Army as a Nurse.
We are world travelers and love staying in unique locations, including Airbnb’s and VRBO’s. If there is anything, we can do to make your stay more memorable, please let us know!

The 16+ acres are available for you to hike, and include mature oak, maple, and other trees, and hay fields. Enjoy a campfire down by the seasonal creek that feeds a stocked catch and release bass pond with a water fountain. Bring your fishing pole!
